Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant (Business Central)

Summary:

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation of Microsoft Business Central, managing Microsoft Business Central ERP and CRM and Power Automate for workflow automation. You will create custom extensions and configure systems based on business requirements and ensure efficient data management, and assisting with system updates and upgrades.

About the Job

Team Size: You will be working closely with the IT and Marketing Lead to manage the Business Central CRM and ERP and their third party developers

Key Duties:

Microsoft Business Central Management:

• Overseeing the smooth operation of Microsoft Business Central
• Ensuring efficient management of ERP and CRM within the Microsoft Business Central platform

Data Management:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and accuracy of data within the system
• Implementing strategies to enhance data quality and integrity

System Updates and Upgrades:

• Assisting with updates and upgrades to Microsoft Business Central to ensure it remains up-to-date and efficient

Power Automate Management:

• Proficient in managing Microsoft Power Automate to automate workflows and streamline processes within the system

Custom Extensions:

• Creating custom extensions to tailor the system to specific business needs
• Configuring the system with a clear understanding of basic business practices to optimize its performance

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Extensive experience in managing Microsoft Business Central, ERP, and CRM
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in handling system updates, upgrades, and data management
• Ability to create custom extensions and configure systems based on business requirements
• Clear understanding of basic business practices and their integration with Microsoft Business Central
