  JOB SCOPE

  • ERP System Management: Administer, configure, and update Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure optimal performance. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data within the ERP system.
  • Dashboard and Functionality Development: Design and implement dashboards and new functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet management’s needs for accurate and actionable business insights.
  • IT Security: Develop and enforce policies and procedures for data security, risk management, and disaster recovery plans. Monitor security protocols and implement updates as necessary.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide leadership and support in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
  • IT Infrastructure: Manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, oversee the installation and maintenance of network systems, and ensure consistent availability and reliability of IT services.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective procurement of technology resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the IT team, manage staffing, and provide ongoing guidance and training to enhance skills and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensure cost-effectiveness, and evaluate investments in technology against organizational needs and priorities.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all IT activities comply with regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, challenges, and progress.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope specifications.

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Expert knowledge of data systems, network management, and security protocols.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and senior management.

  • Availability to work long-term for 40 hours minimum within U.S. business hours

  Job Type: Full-time

  Salary Range: Php100,000.00 – Php135,000.00 per month

  Work Schedule: Night Shift, Fixed Remote
