Must-Have :

Strong Dynamics D365 FnO technical and troubleshooting skills
At least one End to end implementation/technical support experience for a D365 FnO project
Identify and document technical gaps between standard D365 FnO processes and clients

Environment installation and maintenance experience for AX and D365
Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly

collaborative teams

End-to-end third-party integration experience using DIXF, LogicApp, API etc
