Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Remote)

Position Overview:

We seek a seasoned Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in building complex applications and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop sophisticated business solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
• Build complex workflows, integrate systems, and automate processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic reports and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other third-party platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand and define project scope.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices in security, scalability, and governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements to existing systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, updates, and features of Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, etc.).
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, complex solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience in integrating systems using APIs and connectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data analysis, modeling, and report development.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, security roles, and environment management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead development projects, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect certification.
• Experience with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• PowerShell scripting and advanced knowledge of Office 365 administration.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform security, compliance, and governance best practices.
