Mid Senior Civil Aviation Project Manager Wfh (Remote)

We are in search of a skilled Civil Aviation Project Manager to spearhead a diverse range of aviation engineering initiatives. This mid-senior level position is ideal for individuals passionate about aviation infrastructure who are eager to make a significant contribution to high-impact projects that benefit communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Implement project management protocols to guarantee project success.
• Develop service scopes, negotiate project fees, and strategically plan tasks for timely execution.
• Lead project teams, manage project scope, and collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional services.
• Ensure client satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Work in conjunction with the project accountant to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, assisting with collections as necessary.
• Serve as the Engineer of Record for assigned projects.
• Formulate engineering solutions that fulfill client requirements safely and effectively.
• Establish quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet industry standards.
• Guide and support design staff across projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Contribute to aviation airside and landside design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Required Skills

• Proficient in project management methodologies.
• Expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Sound knowledge of FAA and TSA regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills and client relationship management abilities.
• Capability to devise effective engineering solutions in challenging scenarios.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent project management experience, encompassing small to large-scale interdisciplinary projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is mandatory.
• Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars, pavement design, and FAAR Field Design Software is advantageous.
