If so, then get ready to craft the future with us at Smartx ! We’re searching for a talented Romania based UX/UI Designer to join our journey, fully remote within Europe.

In this role, you’ll:

• Champion the user experience: Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into user-centric solutions, all from the comfort of your home office.
• Bring ideas to life: Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally intuitive, using your preferred design tools.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Work hand-in-hand with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders virtually, using efficient communication tools and processes.
• Iterate and refine: Continuously test and improve your designs based on user feedback and data, ensuring a seamless experience across European time zones.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Be passionate about learning new technologies and trends in the UX/UI design world, always seeking to elevate the user experience.

You’re a perfect fit if you:

• Have 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• You are comfortable working on an product in the Adult Entertainment
• Are proficient with Figma
• Can communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly in a remote environment, across diverse teams and time zones.
• Are a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for beautiful design.
• Based in Romania. English level must be at C1 level, as we communicate in english and romanian.
