Requirements:

What You Bring To The Team

• At least 3+ years of experience developing applications and their deployment mechanisms, including testing, scaling, and monitoring
• Demonstrated proficiency writing maintainable, high quality, robust code in Go
• Experience in designing and developing micro services in one or more cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)
• Demonstrated experience serverless, CI/CD, data management, security best practices
• Experience in apps using Kafka or other event stream/message broker platforms
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, cloud formation, terraform, etc
• Some familiarity with Infrastructure like Databases, API Layers, Load Balancers, etc

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

In order to improve and automate operations to enable future scale you will work alongside team members to deal with a migration of the application from Ruby on Rails to the newest stack of technologies based on on Go (Golang).
