Middle Product Manager (Remote)

The full production cycle IT company Pine Software specializes in the development of software products/services in the field of information technologies. The company’s team is working on creating a trading platform with innovative solutions that solve specific problems and satisfy certain customer needs. The company is also engaged in research and development of new technological solutions. Our head office is located in sunny, sometimes scorch Larnaca, Cyprus, and we have an office located in Kyiv as well. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in the financial/trading industry, preferably in product management;
• Technical (Backend) experience (Demonstrable experience with web technologies and projects);
• General knowledge and understanding of financial, stock, and options markets;
• Possess strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely;
• Self-motivated learner with the ability to independently lead projects from concept to completion;
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and tasks according to business value and technical feasibility;
• Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications. Leverage technical expertise to guide architecture, design, and implementation decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and define the product vision and strategy;
• Analyse product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements;
• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization at the forefront of fintech.

You will deal with and be responsible for:

• Prioritize and groom the backlog to maximize the value delivered to users with each release;
• Discovery management includes gathering requirements, breaking down tasks, coordinating sprint increments across teams, and facilitating sprint demos;
• Work closely with the development team (9–10 people) to translate product requirements into technical specifications;
• Leverage technical expertise to guide architecture, design, and implementation decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to develop and refine the product vision and strategy;
• Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in fintech to identify new opportunities for innovation and optimization at Pine products.

Would be a plus:

• Trading or Finance experience;
• Keen interest in Stocks, Options, and Financial Markets.
