Must haves

• Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices
• Hands-on Project Management/Scrum Master experience (3-6 years) working with developers, product managers, engineering teams including leadership
• Agile mindset, mainly under the Scrum framework,
• Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left
• Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Follow PMO guidelines for scrum ceremonies and reporting.
• Support and education, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
• Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
• The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices
• Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English

Nice to haves

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other PM and Agile-related certifications
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA
• Development experience and engineering background are a big plus
• People management experience – mentoring technical team members
