We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team in the real estate sector. In this key role, you will analyze the profitability of our lead generation sources, evaluate user metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and churn rate, and provide insights into our Profit and Loss (P&L) and sales data. You will also play a crucial part in identifying the factors driving changes in key performance indicators (KPIs) and promoting a culture of A/B testing to optimize our strategies.

Responsibilities:

– Evaluate the profitability of various lead generation sources to identify the most cost-effective channels, optimizing marketing strategies for maximum impact

– Analyse user generation metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Churn rates, to drive improvements in user acquisition and retention strategies. Conduct detailed analysis of profit and loss statements, identifying key drivers of profitability and areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement

– Identify and analyze the reasons behind changes in key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to the business

– Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of changes in marketing, product features, and other areas, helping to drive data-driven decision-making

– Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio and Excel to present data-driven insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

– Over 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst

– Strong proficiency in BigQuery, Python, Looker Studio, and Excel

– Proven experience with A/B testing and the ability to create and manage testing frameworks

– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights and knowledge of statistics
