We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cabinet and Countertop Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description: The Cabinet and Countertop Project Manager will oversee and manage projects from sale to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards. This role requires extensive experience in cabinets, cabinet making, cabinet design, scheduling, and countertops. Familiarity with flooring and other finishes is a bonus. The ideal candidate will also have experience with the INNERGY ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of cabinet and countertop projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate and schedule all project activities, including design, fabrication, and installation.
• Maintain meticulous date management for all project milestones.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule, with project values ranging from $20,000 to $500,000.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, architects, designers, and C-suite executives to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate multiple trades for installation, including flooring and countertop installers.
• Utilize INNERGY ERP system for project tracking and management.
• Ensure exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of project execution.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication with all stakeholders.
• Create, swap and maintain the BOM for projects.
• Source, research and procure specialty items for projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cabinets, cabinet making, cabinet design, scheduling, and countertops.
• Experience with INNERGY ERP system is highly desired.
• Knowledge of flooring and other finishes is a plus.
• Familiarity with millwork engineering is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
