Job Details : We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Mobile Engineering Manager to lead our mobile engineering team. As a Mobile Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with company goals and exceeds customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile development and have a proven track record of success in engineering management.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of mobile engineers to develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with company goals and exceeds customer expectations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the mobile engineering team, including resource allocation, project planning, and budget management.
Develop and implement mobile engineering best practices, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the mobile engineering team.
Ensure compliance with all security and privacy regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in mobile development and engineering management.
Strong technical expertise in mobile development technologies, including Swift, Kotlin, and React Native.
Proven track record of leading successful mobile application development projects from concept to launch.
Experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Knowledge of security and privacy regulations and experience ensuring compliance with such regulations.
A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
