Mobile Product Manager (Remote)

Position Summary:

The Product Manager for Mobile will play a crucial role in driving the strategy, development, and success of our mobile application that brings together multiple product offerings within the the companies ecosystem. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional mobile experiences to our carrier customers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our mobile application
• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile application, aligned with the overall company goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategy
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer insights, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal workstreams in addition to a third-party vendor
• Utilize data analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, optimize user experience, and drive key performance metrics
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of mobile features and releases
• Work with other product managers to determine what features from our web applications would best be suited for a mobile experience
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
• Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage

Position Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications and platforms
• Proven track record of successfully delivering mobile products/features to market
• Strong understanding of mobile technologies and platforms, specifically iOS, Android, Flutter
• Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
