Mobile Senior Qa Engineer K Ron Net Cim (Remote)

We are a global company that has a bunch (and I mean a whole bunch!) of mobile apps that we own & operate.

We are looking for an experienced mobile QA engineer that can compliment our existing (very awesome and autonomous) mobile team and help us grow the apps.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone that knows that a good manual QA is worth their weight in gold
• Someone that also appreciates automation – but only where & how it makes sense. Nothing beats the human eye and the most important business flows will always be manually tested too.
• At least 5 years experience in upsetting developers
• Analytical mindset aka bug detective – grouping common bug conditions to trigger the finding of a new Super Bug
• Someone that isn’t afraid to poke around at the product level and figure things out (e.g. how the systems are linked together and what bugs can arise from that).

Some more specific skills, ranked from the most important to the bonus ones:

• experience in testing & building mobile apps. Ideally not games, but usual day to day apps (e.g. a photo editor, a vpn app, any utility type of app, etc.)
• experience in subscription based apps
• knowledge of how App Store Connect subscriptions works, especially with TestFlight
• knowledge of how Adapty/RevenueCat work
• experience with ads & ad mediation
• experience with marketing platforms such as Braze or Klaviyo

We love proactive people, we take your (bad) ideas seriously. We don’t just put them into the deepest part of the backlog, never to be seen again. To be frank, we do for some of them – not all ideas are good :p .

Surely, the people working on the product every day have some good ideas about how to improve it, right? If you also like to be nosy and get in other people’s business, then that’s right up our alley too.

While QA automation is a plus, due to the speed at which we operate & the multitude of apps, we mostly need a smart manual QA engineer that can also pitch in with product ideas – UI/UX feedback, feature prioritization, etc. There are a bunch of apps to go around, if you want to eventually level up to a PO/PM role, this is the place you can do it at.
