(Primary Information to Note): You must be open to working USA Hours – which is night-time in India 7pm IST TO 5am IST Mon-Fri. On Sat, you will work India Daytime Hours. (Only apply for this Job if you are ok with it!)

The successful “Mobile Developer” role at our firm will be very strong in:

FIRST CORE REQUIREMENT:
1. Developing Mobile Site (Note: The wireframe in Figma is already ready!)
2. You should be quick, amazing at developing international-level website specifically for Mobile Sites.
3. Your knowledge of Wix would be very important.
4. Programming knowledge of Node, React, Jquery, would be very helpful for us.
5. Good understanding of typography. And also design sufficiently so you have an understanding of placement of written and visual content. (However you are not required to know how to design, as we have a designer already.)
6. Competency in using Java scripts for interactions in web applications is important. Also, your familiarity in using ‘Gulp’ for task automation in web development is important.
7. Insure the site loads up super-fast. And is correctly able to detect code.
8 . Understanding of “prismic” would be helpful.
9. Ability to develop across IOS + Android. As well as test its efficiency is important.
10. Ability to test across all 3 browsers: Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
11. Use Jquery to enhance web interactivity.
12. Ability to study competitors and detect technology used.

SECOND CORE REQUIREMENT –
1. Setting Tech-Infrastructure for the Organization
2. Researching Widgets, and Softwares
3. Learning about new widgets
4. Constantly conducting trial of softwares and apps and widget
5. Setting up Data Dashboards
6. Setting up various systems (paid email delivery systems, CRM system, setting up custom flows relevant to out project requirements)
7. Technically strong – Analytical capabilities (in Setting Up – Api’s, widgets, softwares)
8. Project Management (Manage people and their task-flows, and also working with vendors to derive quotations)
9. Data Integrity (across CRM, and also Email across the organization.)
10. Your ability to set the api’s (and plugins) across all our communication channels and automate is key.
11. Email deployment – to avoid bounce rates it is very important – as email is an important marketing channel for us (on mailchimp, active campaign).
12. Also be able to set drip email campaigns. Again this is part of automation of flows.
13. Get quotations from various vendors – as and when needed.
14. Ensure the KPI’s (key performance indicators) are tracked across projects.
15. Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data. Study root causes and solve problems.

Job Description:

You job besides setting up, testing system, installation, and vendor communications per the project scope will be to Report Anomalies. Also you will communicate on certain tasks with team members to insure they are reminded on their delivery.
