Basic Job Requirements
What does that look like?
• Level-Headed Under Pressure Empathetic and Personable Previous Experience: Proven track record in travel coordination, mobilisation, or similar roles requiring logistical expertise. Experience managing travel for fifo is a significant advantage.
• They remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, such as handling last-minute changes to travel plans or resolving accommodation conflicts.
• They adapt quickly to shifting priorities, ensuring smooth coordination even when plans evolve unexpectedly.
• Strong communication that is both effective, on time and diplomatic.
• They are meticulous in maintaining accurate records for travel, mobilisation, and room rostering.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using travel booking platforms, rostering software, and database tools to ensure efficient coordination.
• Crisis Management: Experienced in handling emergency scenarios, such as travel disruptions or personnel evacuations.

About You:
• Career aspirations to work on interesting and challenging projects
• High standards of precision and accuracy of work
• 5 plus years of experience in Mobilisation
• Previous experience within mobilisation in Mining/ Construction
• Adaptable and Flexible
• Highly Organised and Detail-Oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Previous experience utilising Word, SAP, Excel, ERMS, BHP SAMS workflow, REI Cloud
• Practised in understand the stress that comes with travel and mobilisation, being able to demonstrate empathy and patience when addressing concerns.
