Monetisation Manager (Remote)

We’re on the look-out for a Monetisation Manager who will be responsible to develop and implement monetisation strategies

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of monetization strategies
• Manage advertising inventory by optimizing programmatic advertising and overseeing the list of affiliate networks
• Search for and test new advertising technologies and partners
• Monitor and analyze key revenue indicators of the project
• Collaborate with internal teams in development, content creation, and promotion
• Negotiate, establish long-term relationships, and improve cooperation terms with partners
• Ensure compliance of monetization activities with legislation and industry standards (GDPR, CCPA)
• Maintain a balance between maximizing revenue and user satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

Work Experience:

• 3+ years in digital advertising
• Proven experience in developing and implementing monetization strategies

Education:

• Higher education in marketing, business, economics, or related fields

Professional Skills:

• Knowledge of Ad Tech: technical aspects (display and video ad serving, VAST, VPAID, basic JavaScript) and business aspects (ad tech ecosystems, yielding technologies)
• Experience managing programmatic and indirect advertising campaigns
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau)
• Understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals and their impact on monetization
• Experience conducting A/B testing

Platform Knowledge:

• Required: Google Ad Manager, AdSense, Google Analytics, Prebid
• Preferred: Amazon TAM, AdFox

Personal Qualities:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks
• Proactive and results-oriented

Language Skills:

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
