Position Overview
We are on the lookout for Area Managers, Branch Managers, and Outside Loan Originators nationwide to join our progressive team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a team of loan originators and support personnel.

Required Skills
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the mortgage lending industry.
- Proven track record in originating both conventional and government loans.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a passion for fostering growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience within the mortgage lending sector.
- A successful history in a leadership capacity is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferable but not mandatory; mortgage-related certifications are a plus.
