Required Skills

• 3-5 years of sales experience in the mortgage lending industry.
• Proven track record in originating both conventional and government loans.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a passion for fostering growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience within the mortgage lending sector.
• A successful history in a leadership capacity is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferable but not mandatory; mortgage-related certifications are a plus.
