MOTOR CLAIMS SERVICE CONSULTANT – CUSTOMER & OPERATIONS – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am-6.30pm (local time based on your location)
Ability to work a training roster from 9am-5.30pm (AEST time)
Commencement date of 24 February 2025

About the role

Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims and handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner.
Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.

About you

High level of Customer service experience, ideally within a claim’s environment.
Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
