Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by responding promptly to inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and efficiently closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to engage in video-call appointments, transforming leads into long-lasting clients.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, video, text, email, and social media to connect with decision-makers at target enterprises.
  • Spearhead new business initiatives by identifying and closing opportunities with enterprise clients for our Software as a Service (SaaS) and Managed Security Services.
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Analyze and qualify prospective clients, gauging their interest and organizing informative sessions.
  • Cultivate and manage enduring client relationships while delivering exemplary customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure, utilizing CRM tools to track activities and forecast performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance prospecting tactics and ensure a steady stream of qualified leads.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and continuously refine sales techniques.
  • Conduct market analysis to remain updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights for product development.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability in outbound sales calls and video meetings within a distraction-free environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with a polished phone demeanor.
  • Strong capabilities in negotiation, presentation, and deal closure.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in cross-cultural communication with an understanding of international markets.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in Managed Service Enterprise Sales, particularly in the MSP/MSSP sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals, especially in a remote work context.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Close.io, and familiarity with sales enablement tools like Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or Gong.io is advantageous.
