Our client, a leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, is focused on delivering secure, streamlined access solutions for a diverse client base. They specialize in implementing, configuring, and optimizing IAM technologies to ensure robust security. As their operations expand, they are looking for an experienced MSP Partner Manager to enhance Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationships and drive success within their IAM services.

Position Overview:

The MSP Partner Manager will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic relationships with MSP partners. This role is central to driving revenue growth through effective partnership management, aligning IAM solutions with partner and end-client needs, and ensuring a smooth experience across all IAM service offerings. The MSP Partner Manager will act as the primary liaison between the client and MSP partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery, high partner satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and deepen relationships with MSP partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for IAM-related matters, addressing concerns and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement partner strategies aligned with the IAM consulting services, enhancing the value proposition for MSP partners.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing MSP partnerships. Provide insights, guidance, and training on IAM products and solutions to empower MSP partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities in the IAM and MSP landscape. Adjust strategies based on findings to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure IAM solutions meet partner expectations, managing projects, timelines, and quality of service to exceed partner standards.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive partner-based revenue by fostering successful implementation, ongoing service delivery, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track performance metrics related to MSP partnerships, such as partner satisfaction, revenue generation, and project success rates. Present findings and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in partner management, account management, or business development within the IAM, cybersecurity, or related technology consulting space. MSP experience strongly preferred.
  • IAM Knowledge: Understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions, tools, and vendors, such as Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or similar.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in partner sales enablement, revenue growth, and contract negotiation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex IAM concepts effectively to partners and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient analytical skills to assess partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with cloud-based IAM technologies and understanding of security compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR).

Preferred:

  • IAM-related certifications (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager – CIAM) or project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
