We are seeking driven candidates on behalf of our US client, a leading commercial real estate investment firm, for a remote position: Multifamily Property Underwriter Coordinator. If you’re passionate about multi-family real estate investing, this is your chance to work closely with acquisitions and transaction management, gaining valuable experience in a fast-growing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisition Analysis & Support: Research and evaluate acquisition opportunities, assisting with underwriting and financial modeling.
• Transaction Coordination: Manage the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring smooth communication with brokers, escrow officers, title companies, and more.
• Document Management: Prepare, review, and organize contracts and closing documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, property comparisons, and tax implications to support informed acquisition decisions.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside various departments, providing administrative and organizational support to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing acquisition opportunities and transaction coordination.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Meticulously detail-oriented, with an exceptional ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy at every stage of the process.
• Previous experience in commercial real estate
• Previous underwriting experience in multifamily or mobile home parks in the US
