The Opportunity
We’re building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025!
Reporting to our National Business Manager – Wholesalers, this National Account Executive – Wholesalers role offers something unique and career defining. Joining in our build phase, you will play a key role in establishing work processes as well as building collaborative relationships with our National Wholesale partners to enable the delivery of the Suntory Oceania strategy. Our Wholesale customers play a key role in ensuring our success across our Independent retailers & On-Premise venues nationally.Â
Key responsibilities include:-
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with National Liquor Wholesale partners
- Building and delivering various internal reports
- Working with internal parties to create accurate stock forecasts
- Creating solutions with Wholesalers to move slow moving, obsolete or aged stock
- Ensuring accurate availability of products in our systems, including maintaining accurate SKU data in Wholsaler portals
- Liaise with Customer Supply Chain and Vendor Replenishment Planners to ensure customer satisfaction and trouble shooting.Â
What’s in your toolkit?
This is a great role for a candidate with previous experience in Vendor Replenishment or Supply/Demand Planner with an understanding of the Liquor Wholesale landscape who is wanting to make a move into Sales. The goal of this role is to both form long-lasting & effective relationships with key Liquor Wholesale groups across Australia and to ensure these groups have availability of stock to deliver in full to our customers across the country. A natural problem solver you won’t be afraid to get to the bottom of an issue and work through to find a solution that works for all parties. You will have high level attention to detail, the ability to prioritise, numeric and analytical skills coupled with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.Â
