The UK Opportunity

  • Over the past six years, we have carefully curated our growth in the UK market to become the preferred choice for consumers seeking great taste and healthy hydration from our low sodium, naturally alkaline, virtually nitrate-free water.
  • Our commitment to quality, design, and brand loyalty has propelled us to top positions within leading online retailers as Amazon and Ocado, also achieving double-digit growth through key wholesalers, high-street retailers and national accounts as Tesco, Sainsbury’s.
  • We’re looking for an energetic National Account Manager who will: a) expand our distribution through their network of key decision makers in Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Morrissons, Coop and other national grocers; b) manage our existing business with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, WH Smith.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time remote role for a National Account Manager at AQUA Carpatica.
  • We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and dedicated person who will develop key national accounts, providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships, ensuring our brand’s optimal presence and growth.
  • The role reports to the Commercial Director; the peers include Key Account Manager colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of developing the national accounts in the UK, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively secure new business and expand distribution, identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop comprehensive Joint Business Plans, aligned with AQUA Carpatica’s and key Customers’ goals.

Key Experience:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in FMCG.
  • 3-5 years of National Account Management experience and JBP management.
  • Existing network of key decision makers in the Grocery sector of national accounts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Evidence of creating, aligning and executing successful JBPs
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills and the ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Track record of building and developing powerful customer networks, showcasing the ability to establish and nurture strong business relationships.
