The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious National Account Manager to take charge of managing a portfolio of leading grocery customers. Reporting to the retail customer lead, the role requires working closely with internal teams, including marketing, category, and supply chain, to ensure continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with major UK grocers, ensuring exceptional service and account growth.
  • Lead both branded and private label growth across key accounts, leveraging your understanding of category data and customer insights.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for account management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the retail sector.

Who You Are:

  • A proven National Account Manager with a successful track record of managing major grocery retail accounts.
  • Experienced in working with both branded and private label food or drink suppliers, ideally within the UK grocery sector.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise your workload and deliver outstanding results while seeking out new business opportunities.
  • A proactive, independent operator with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Passionate about sustainability, B Corp values, and eager to contribute to a company that prioritises ethical sourcing and environmental responsibility.
