The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. Reporting directly to the executive team (COO), you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our car subscription business.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Focus on B2B opportunities, especially in industries where subscription can replace traditional operating leases, outright purchase or rentals. Targets customers such as SMEs, logistics, and corporate fleets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Focus Areas for B2B Growth

  • SMEs and Startups: Help businesses manage fleet needs flexibly as they scale.
  • Corporate Fleets: Target companies looking for cost-efficient and scalable alternatives to operating leases.
  • Logistics and Delivery Services: Provide solutions for fluctuating seasonal demand.
  • Sales and Service Teams: Offer predictable costs and convenience for industries requiring mobile teams.
  • Tourism and Hospitality: Support seasonal transport needs with tailored options.
  • Trade and Construction Businesses: Deliver flexible, project-based vehicle solutions.
  • Government and Non-Profit Organisations: Highlight the efficiency and sustainability of car subscriptions.

About You

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience in the automotive, mobility, or subscription industries is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
