Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales efforts across multiple channels, selling our full suite of logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain management.
  • Proactively prospect new clients, build relationships, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Understand clients’ business challenges and develop compelling value propositions tailored to their needs.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, keeping ahead in the market.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, enabling upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Own and drive your sales strategy, ensuring opportunity profitability, client satisfaction, and overall business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
  • Proven success in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving in a high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in dynamic settings.
  • Ability to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across industries.
