We are thrilled to introduce our innovative new product, Prodify, and are seeking a National Sales Manager to spearhead this exciting initiative. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Prodify—a solution crafted to help building product manufacturers streamline the management and distribution of their product information. As a leader in this launch, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how teams organize, access, and share digital assets, all while enhancing collaboration and boosting productivity across sales, marketing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential and existing clients, opening conversations about the value and unique aspects of our products.
Sales Cycle Management: Handle the full sales cycle, including self-prospecting, from cold outreach to closing, while adapting techniques to a new product and educating clients on a new market solution.
Customer Education: Act as a product expert and evangelist, helping prospective clients understand how our solution can solve their challenges and add value.
Client Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with early adopters, creating loyalty and encouraging word-of-mouth and referral opportunities.
Market Intelligence: Provide feedback from customers to the product, marketing, and leadership teams, sharing insights on client needs, market reception, and competitor activity to shape our growth strategy.
Performance Tracking: Measure and report on key sales metrics, providing insights on pipeline progress, market reception, and customer feedback.
Workflow Creation & Management: Design, implement, and manage efficient workflows for lead tracking, follow-up, and client communication to improve efficiency and organization.
CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc) to track sales activities, manage contacts, and maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline progress, and client information.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to align on customer strategy and improve sales efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors.
Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on securing higher-value contracts.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, including subscription-based selling.
Proven success in consultative sales, with the ability to educate, adapt, and communicate the value of an innovative solution.
Strong ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and navigate an ambiguous environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator) for managing sales activities and client information.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
