- Analyzing vendor documentation to identify maintenance and support requirements.
- Collaborating with the LCMM team to determine necessary spares and quantities by reviewing technical publications and usage data.
- Processing and maintaining Material Requirements Planning entitlements for storerooms.
- Assisting in identifying maintenance or spares needed for Short Work Periods or Docking Work Periods.
- Supporting Engineering personnel in developing proposals related to materials and material management.
- Addressing spares queries and material-based problem reports promptly.
- Managing supply support data within LSAR.
- Compiling data for cataloguing new materials and revisions to existing ones. Gathering technical documentation for alternate part number approvals.
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of part numbers, descriptions, and OEM information across platforms.
- Document material updates in the technical data package.
- Assist in sourcing materials from vendors.
- Support program Material Master configuration and development of Material Master Management processes.
- Ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and controls.
- Creating Document Change Requests to identify technical data package revisions associated with materials.
- Assisting in preparing and executing various Supportability plans and B2B processes.
- 3+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support/Logistics Support Analysis experience
- Experience working with LSAR (Logistics Support Analysis Record) tools/softwares – i.e. OmegaPS, Eagle ELT, Relex, etc.
- Experience conducting analyses such as LORA, FMEA, FMECA, etc.
- Ability to collaborate effectively
