Net Technical Lead (Remote)

Join Our Team as a Principal Software Engineer!

Are you ready to take your software engineering expertise to the next level? We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to design and implement complex functionalities while providing mentorship and technical leadership to agile teams.

Location: Remote in Colombia.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am — 5:00 pm.

Salary: To be discussed.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex functionalities across multiple application areas.
• Act as the primary scrum master for the team, ensuring smooth agile processes.
• Guide developers, share best practices, and resolve technical challenges.
• Build user interfaces, business logic, and SQL Server stored procedures.
• Work closely with product owners, QA, and other teams to meet requirements and debug issues.
• Investigate and resolve third-level support requests.
• Anticipate and implement cutting-edge changes to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in web application and service development.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher).
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Significant experience in front-end development with JavaScript (Angular).
• Strong expertise in SQL Server databases and working with large-scale systems (500+ database tables).
• Proficiency in Unit Testing, Docker, Knockout, MVVM frameworks, Pub/Sub messaging and asynchronous communication.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (QA, management, developers).
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience with NoSQL databases (Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
• Experience with Microservice Architecture and Azure Cloud.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong leadership experience in software development teams.
• Familiarity with large enterprise systems and handling complex problem-solving independently.
