What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap for network security technologies, including firewalls and secure web gateways
• Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Represent the voice of the customer, leveraging feedback and data analytics to inform product decisions
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to support timely delivery of product features
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that balance security requirements with operational efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or network security engineering
• Proven experience in defining and prioritizing network security roadmaps and understanding security technologies
• Experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Strong understanding of security compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, NIST)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certification(s) as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Deep technical expertise in network security, with experience in both on-prem and cloud-based security architectures
• Automation and DevSecOps experience
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and data analytics for security metrics
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders
