Role Overview: We are seeking a No-Code & AI Operations Manager to manage and optimize our internal systems, automate workflows, and oversee the implementation of AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining no-code tools that streamline recruitment, client engagement, and sales & marketing operations. You’ll work closely with our digital marketing, design, and RevOps teams, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Optimize Workflows: Leverage no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Smartleads.ai, OpenAI) to automate critical recruitment and cold outreach processes.
• AI Implementations: Manage and integrate AI-driven tools (e.g., OpenAI, Relevance.ai) to enhance operational processes and support data-driven decision-making.
• System Management: Oversee all tech stacks, ensuring tools like LinkedIn automation, Smartleads.ai, and Clay function optimally. Explore new tools to improve performance.
• Data Management: Utilize no-code databases or AI tools to structure, analyze, and report on business operations, optimizing for efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and implement solutions that align with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly audit workflows and systems, recommending upgrades or new tools to improve productivity and scalability.

Preferred Skills & Tools

• No-code platforms: Zapier, Clay, Airtable, Integromat, Smartleads.ai.
• AI tools: Relevance.ai, OpenAI.
• Automation experience: Ability to create and manage complex automated workflows.
• Tech Stack Optimization: Proficient in integrating various tools, identifying bottlenecks, and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to measure the impact of implemented automation and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a no-code operations or similar role, ideally in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tools like Zapier, Clay, LinkedIn automation, and AI platforms (OpenAI, Relevance.ai).
• Experience managing and scaling workflows in recruitment and cold outreach operations.
• Strong communication and project management skills to manage multiple ongoing initiatives.
• Based in LATAM.
