Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development, with extensive experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js. As a Senior Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust server-side solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall architecture of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring robust security and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, handling large amounts of traffic.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the entire development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve code quality through testing, reviewing, and refactoring.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure high standards of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Node.js.
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Expertise in building scalable microservices and API-driven architectures.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in e-commerce or large-scale consumer-facing applications.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Understanding of serverless architectures and event-driven programming.
