We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Noel Leeming Marketing and Ecommerce team at our head office in Northcote. Reporting into the Digital & Ecommerce Lead you will plan, execute, and analyse performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels with an eye towards performance metrics that deliver in a retail environment and maximize the metrics that matter most to our business.
Your day to day will look like:
- Prioritising accountability for the performance of campaigns to deliver against immediate business objectives
- Work with key stakeholders to optimise key performance channels, including Google / SEM, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok
- Develop and optimise the use of personalisation to improve targeted communications of our product offerings
- Develop app re-engagement strategy, including channel allocation, creative, and A/B testing plan
- Build around daily read-and-react behaviours to ensure we’re always optimising our media behaviours and spends for the benefit of delivery, ROI and impact
- Evaluate the effectiveness of media plans against goals and all key audience segments
- Develop and execute original content assets with our creative production team
- Participate as a cross-functional partner with agency partners to create and execute highly engaging, integrated programs
To succeed in this role you will be a hustler, proactively keeping up with the latest trends and updates and resilient to the ever changing landscape of digital marketing. You will be a guru in your trade ideally a hybrid of digital marketing expertise and a data driven analytical mind.
In your toolkit you will possess:
- 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing and/or Media Planning and Buying roles. Related work experience with a mix of agency and client-side experiences.
- Have proficiency with CPM, CPA, CPC, CPI, LTV, A/B testing, promotional strategies, segmentation & propensity models, attribution models, and cohort analysis.
- Track record of driving excellence around 360-degree campaigns and messaging initiatives.
- Strong relationship and negotiation skills with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, including influencing and managing relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical knowledge of ad serving, instrumentation and research methodologies.
- Have a passion for technology and innovation.
