We are now seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager based in Northern England, to expand our footprint across Northern England and Scotland. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within Northern England and Scotland, focusing on low-voltage control solutions.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers to position Charter Controls as their preferred supplier.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Support: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and after-sales support, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM records for pipeline management and performance analysis.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the low-voltage controls industry is essential.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory efficiently.
- Results-Driven: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
