Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within Northern England and Scotland, focusing on low-voltage control solutions.

  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Customer Support: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and after-sales support, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM records for pipeline management and performance analysis.

About You:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the low-voltage controls industry is essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory efficiently.
  • Results-Driven: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
