Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Off-Page SEO (Outreach) Specialist to join our dynamic team. This will be an in-house role. If you have a passion for SEO and a proven track experience in building links and outreach websites, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to the websites suggested by the SEO Manager and ask for their pricing information.
• Build cost-effective links by obtaining special offers and discounts from websites.
• Regularly analyze competitors’ backlink profiles using various SEO tools.
• Collect backlink data from various sources and create sheets with comprehensive backlink datasets.
• Create content for guest posts to be published on websites.
• Write and prepare outreach emails that are personalized, engaging, and relevant to the targeted websites.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to improve outreach performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with website owners, bloggers, and other digital influencers to secure quality backlinks and guest post opportunities.
• Monitor outreach campaign performance and prepare regular reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative link-building strategies to improve the website’s domain authority and organic search rankings.
• Verify that all acquired backlinks meet quality standards and are from reputable sources.

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

• Experience with building links for Saas products.
• Experience in using advanced SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Majestic.
• Strong copywriting skills for creating persuasive outreach emails and guest post content.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Search Console.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Link Building and Outreach: Demonstrated success in creating and executing link-building strategies, securing quality backlinks, and managing outreach campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to use data from tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Analytics to identify opportunities, evaluate campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Content creation proficiency: Experience in creating compelling guest post content or persuasive outreach emails that align with SEO goals.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
