About the Role
We are seeking a professional and outgoing individual with strong financial management skills and exceptional administrative capabilities to join our team as an Office Manager & Accounts. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and supportive business.
As the ideal candidate, you will have excellent time management skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to efficiently multi-task while responding to all inquiries promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on overdue and supplier invoices.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, process payroll, and oversee journal entries.
- Assist with end-of-month tasks and prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Administrative Management & Support:
- Manage and coordinate the entire team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across all departments.
- Assist in improving company systems, processes, and procedures.
- Support HR compliance in collaboration with our external HR consultant.
- Oversee office operations, including managing correspondence, documentation, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in both accounts and senior office management roles.
- Strong leadership, organisational skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in office administration, compliance, and team coordination
- Proven experience with Xero is highly desirable.
