About the Role…
This isn’t your average Office Manager role. Think of it as a mix between GM, EA, Office Manager, and Project Manager. You’ll be the glue that holds our projects, team, and vision together, with plenty of room to grow into a General Manager role in the future.

This full-time position offers a $80,000 base salary package (inc. super) with bonuses for an OTE of $100,000-$120,000. Work remotely or from our Perth office (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex project timelines, overlapping deadlines, and diverse stakeholders with ease.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute across international projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle executive-level administrative tasks, including communication, scheduling, and reporting.
• Drive performance and accountability across teams through effective project management.
• Support marketing and sales teams with operational excellence.
• Proactively anticipate needs and manage priorities to maximize productivity.
• Maintain a positive, growth-focused company culture.
