Role description:

The Partner Success Nurse Consultant builds strong relationships with community partners to optimize resident quality of life and maximize the value of MMP’s services. Responsibilities include supporting community onboarding efforts, partner training and compliance, maintaining relationships, and enhancing the caregiver experience. Reporting to the Director of Partner Success, this role ensures partners utilize pharmacy services effectively, maintain safe practices, and have a positive experience.

Tasks include medication storage audits, eMAR reconciliations and training, and best practices for med pass and chart documentation audits. As a Nurse Consultant, you play a vital role in maintaining partner relationships and communicating relevant information and metrics to the Partner Success and Operations teams for alignment and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with experience in congregate living preferred
  • Licensed in the state of OH required, with additional requirement to obtain license in an NLC () state, and states serviced by MMP but are pending NLC acceptance
  • 2 years eMAR experience (preferably in Senior Living)
  • Demonstrate good presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others
  • Must possess a valid and current driver’s license and a personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet the requirements of the job and is appropriately insured
  • Travel is expected for this position, including overnight visits and multi-state. Potentially 75% of your time
