Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our onboarding team as an Onboarding Consultant. You will work closely with our Head of Onboarding and will proactively search for ways to ensure that we are always offering an exceptional customer experience every time.
A function of this role will be to ensure the information captured from our customers is clearly transferred to our support team members. This will be achieved by utilising existing tools such as Loom (Screen Recording), Archbee (Internal Knowledgebase) and Slack (Primary communication tool). You will also be responsible for highlighting best practices.
To be successful in this role you must be able to identify knowledge gaps and remediate them swiftly by working with other team members and departments in our organisation.
Your input and feedback will contribute to the improvement of onboarding processes, and help ensure that the onboarding team is operating at optimum levels.

- Flexible and adaptable – able to work on own initiative and as part of a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of working with wider teams
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule or overtime as needed to support project deadlines
- Experience working with CRMs and ticketing systems
- Willingness and ability to travel
Desired Skills
- Computer literate with experience in Google Workspace and Monday.com
- Experience managing employee performance
- Experience in reviewing and improving processes
- Ability to articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Strong commercial and industry awareness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
