About the Position
The ‘Onboarding Specialist’ ensures a seamless handover of newly acquired properties from the ‘Sales Department’ to the ‘Operations Department.’ by completing various tasks to ensure the newly acquired properties can be listed for occupancy on the respective property booking sites and in doing so ensures a seamless experience for Landlords.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the property setup on all the applicable Company software applications;
- Capture property details on required company software systems and spreadsheets;
- Ensure all the newly acquired properties are compliant with Country specific regulations such as Wifi, DEWA, AC and gas connections;
- Collect necessary documentation and input all necessary information into the property management software;
- Ensure property becomes ‘listing ready’ by arranging property inspections, arranging deep cleans, ensure essential property maintenance is carried out, attend to furniture related matters and arrange photoshoots for the property listing;
- Carry out various financial administrative tasks such as quote formulation and invoicing
- Create the property listings on the required property booking platforms;
Qualifications, Knowledge & Work Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and/or French (For the UK & UAE market – only English. For the French Market – English and French);
- Be technologically savvy – working with various software applications
- Business related degree (Preferable);
- Property short term rentals work experience;
- Strong administrative task and management experience;
- Knowledge of booking platforms such as ‘Airbnb’ and ‘Booking.Com’;
- Work experience having worked remotely preferably into the UK, French and/or UAE markets.
- A proven track record of working independent without the need to be closely managed
Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Friday (UK, France, and UAE)
- 9am to 6pm (according to UK, France, and UAE time)
