Onboarding Specialist (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.

Salary Range: Up to $2500 based on experience.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 6 PM EST.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in LATAM and Philippines.

About The Company

Our client is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing QA testing for web and mobile applications. With a focus on automated, LLM-powered testing, they are dedicated to transforming the testing process for faster, more cost-effective results.

Role Overview

As a QA Automation Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in driving customer success by delivering robust, automated test solutions using TypeScript and Playwright. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge LLM-powered tools, supporting customers with onboarding, ongoing test maintenance, and test execution.

Your Impact:

Your efforts will be key in expanding test coverage for clients, achieving customer satisfaction through reliable test automation, and refining QA workflows that drive the future of automated testing.

Key Responsibilities Requirements

Triage test failures to meet SLAs (<1 business day), identifying and resolving issues effectively

Must-Have

• +2 years in software engineering or automation testing roles
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Playwright, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Experience in web automation testing and API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong documentation skills
