**ONLINE Sales page Coordinator & Assistant:**

Join our startup Online Sales Store and help us setup, manage, optimize, and expand, and grow along with us .

**Job Duties:**

The ideal candidate will assist in the following areas:

1. **Product Listing and Management:**

– Create, update, and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing.

– Ensure all listings follow online policies and optimize them for visibility and performance.

2. **Order Fulfillment and Customer Support:**

– Assist with order processing, packaging, and shipping coordination.

– Communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.

3. **Sales Analysis and Strategy:**

– Monitor sales trends and track product performance.

– Identify opportunities for promotions, discounts, or bundle offers to boost sales.

4. **Market Research:**

– Analyze competitors and similar listings to stay ahead of market trends.

– Identify new product opportunities to expand the store’s catalog.

5. **Inventory Management:**

– Keep track of stock levels to prevent over or under-selling.

– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of popular items.

6. **SEO Optimization and Marketing:**

– Use keywords and marketing strategies to improve visibility in search results.

– Explore and manage ONLINE advertising options to promote key products.

7. **Collaboration and Adaptability:**

– Work closely with team members to align on store goals and strategies.

– Be flexible to take on new tasks or adapt to changes in platform policies or business needs.

8. **Learning and Growth:**

– Stay updated with the latest eBay policies, trends, and tools.

– Continuously identify ways to improve the efficiency and performance of the store.

**What We Are Looking For:**

– Interest in online selling and e-commerce platforms (experience with online seeling is a plus!).

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Good communication and customer service skills.

– Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

– Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
