Full Time
Responsibilities
– Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the content creation and office teams, ensuring efficient and effective workflow
– Develop and implement strategies to optimize team productivity, enhance content quality, and improve overall operational efficiency
– Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience
– Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork
– Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
– Identify and assess potential risks to the department’s operations
– Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
– Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop and execute business plans and strategies
– Represent the company externally and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
– Must be willing to be hands on with all functions of the business
– Experience creating start-ups is a plus
– Background in Entertainment is a plus
– Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate team members
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
