Operations And Brand Manager | DreamHire Jobs | Philippines
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Operations and Brand Manager to join our rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations and brand strategy, with specific expertise in Amazon and Shopify platforms. They should also have experience in launching new products on Amazon and running external traffic to Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of both companies, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and scalability
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics to optimize product availability and delivery
- Develop new products and identify new product opportunities and launches
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to launch new products and secure efficient pricing and costs
- Oversee recruitment operations and processes
Brand Management
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategy across all channels, with a focus on Amazon FBA and Shopify
- Develop and manage brand strategy in the recruitment space
- Oversee product portfolio management, including new product development and existing product optimization
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for both platforms
E-commerce Platform Management
- Manage and optimize presence on Amazon, including product listings, A+ content, and advertising campaigns
- Oversee the Shopify store, ensuring a seamless user experience and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies
- Analyze performance metrics across both platforms and implement data-driven improvements
- Monitor Google Analytics and SEO presence
- Manage and optimize the recruitment platform for user experience and conversion
Team Leadership
- Build and lead high-performing teams across marketing, operations, and customer service for both companies
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct regular business reviews with major accounts and internal stakeholders
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client base
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations and brand management, preferably in the supplement or health products industry
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR tech industry
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central / FBA and Shopify platforms
- Proven track record in account management and client relations
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media marketing
- Experience in product development and lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
