Job Description

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Operations and Digital Strategy Manager to lead our expansion into Europe, starting with the setup of our customer service, sales, and web development teams in Kraków, Poland. This pivotal role will require strong operational expertise, experience with digital transformation (including AI tools), and the ability to align cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Team Setup:
- Recruit, train, and onboard a multilingual customer service team.
- Develop scripts, processes, and workflows to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure feedback loops between customer service, production, and distribution to reduce recurring issues.
2. Operations Leadership:
- Manage the entire outsourcing project from recruitment to execution.
- Establish systems and processes for seamless alignment between UK and Polish operations.
- Build workflows that integrate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
3. Digital Transformation:
- Implement and manage AI tools for customer service automation, CRM optimisation, and operational analytics.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of systems like Zendesk or HubSpot.
4. Strategic Growth:
- Lay the groundwork for a permanent office in Kraków, including recruiting for future sales and IT roles.
- Work on the medium-term plan to establish a production facility for modular garden buildings in Poland.
- Transition into a director-level role as operations expand.
Requirements:
- Leadership: Proven experience in operations management, customer service, or IT project leadership.
- Digital Expertise: Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and AI-powered solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of aligning cross-functional teams and scaling operations.
- Multilingual: Fluent in English and Polish; other European languages (e.g., German, French) are a bonus.
- Proactive Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced environments, makes decisions independently, and delivers measurable results.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with managing teams across countries and cultures.
Contract Details
- Type: Contractor, with a gross monthly rate of 15,000 PLN Starting Salary.
- Location: Based in Kraków with regular travel to the UK (2 weeks initial training in the UK).
- Future Role: Transition to a director-level position as the business expands.
