About the Role:

The Operations and Project Manager will work directly with the company owners to track decisions, develop actionable strategies, and ensure those strategies are executed effectively. This role is pivotal in overseeing operations, managing remote teams, and ensuring the successful completion of projects through delegation and oversight of staff and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Strategic Execution: Translate company decisions into actionable plans and ensure effective implementation.

  •  Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.

  •  Team Leadership: Lead and manage remote teams, including conducting performance reviews, hiring, and firing as needed.

  •  Delegation: Assign tasks to team members and subcontractors, track progress, and ensure results meet company standards.

  •  Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for improvement across marketing, company growth, and operations; build and execute plans to address these.

  •  Company Culture Development: Contribute to building a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.

  •  Communication: Provide regular updates to company owners on project progress, team performance, and operational insights.

  •  Proven ability to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

  •  Strong leadership abilities with experience managing remote teams.

  •  Exceptional project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.

  •  Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.

  •  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  •  Excellent communication skills, particularly in delegating tasks and managing team performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Previous experience in operations or project management.

  •  Demonstrated success in leading and managing remote teams.

  •  Experience in marketing and growth strategy is a plus.
