– Manage the day to day relationship with the retail tenants.
– Initiating management reports related to the area of responsibility.
– Monitor Customer services and satisfaction within the Mall.
– Liaise with the tenants and ensure that the Tenants Operational Manual is followed.
– Provide operational reports related to Tenant Relations within the Mall.
– Monitor service provision overall through the regular update of Key Performance Indicators.
– Issue monthly -Global sheet, violations report, and sales report.
– Issue monthly – annually operations reports.
– Create actions plans for security & HSE disciplines.
– Responsible for managing security service provider.
– Maintain accurate record and effect filing of all relevant financial, non-financial, admin work, operation reports and all needed paper work .
– Follow up on the collection trackers with finance and tenants to insure due payments are issued on time.
