Operations Lead (Remote)

Job Description:

We are expanding our global presence and looking for passionate, reliable, and engaging individuals to join us as Voice Chat Room Hosts/Moderators for our games. This feature allows players to engage with each other via chat and voice.

As a Host/Moderator, you will create a lively, fun, and engaging experience for users while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. You will monitor interactions, enforce community guidelines, and encourage positive participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find new agencies/ moderators to help expand chat rooms in the targeted countries as per business needs
• Training and grooming the moderators
• Set and manage KPI’s for the agencies as well as moderators

As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the team of moderators to:

• Host and moderate voice chat rooms in real time, engaging with players across Latin America, Middle East, and Indian Subcontinent Geographies.
• Actively encourage users to engage in various social features within the chat room.
• Host fun and creative activities such as mini-games, quizzes, and competitions to keep users entertained and involved.
• Motivate users to actively participate by joining the conversation, making them feel comfortable and included.
• Ensure that no group of users feels isolated; treat all users equally with warmth and positivity, fostering a friendly and inclusive environment for everyone.
• Enforce community guidelines by moderating chats and interactions for inappropriate or offensive behavior.
• Mediate disputes or issues between users with fairness and professionalism.
• Collect user feedback and provide insights to the team for continuous improvement of the platform.
• Collaborate with other hosts from different sifts and third-party moderators to ensure handover – room coverage and smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in one or more of the following languages:
• Latam America (LATAM): Spanish, Portuguese
• Middle East (ME): Arabic, Turkish
• Indian Subcontinent: Hindi, Urdu, or other regional languages
• Proven experience in hosting or moderating chat rooms, live streams, or online communities.
• Strong communication skills with an energetic and friendly personality.
• Ability to encourage users to engage with each other and participate in conversations.
• Ability to handle and mediate difficult situations or conflicts between users.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours based on region.
• A reliable internet connection and access to a quiet environment for hosting sessions.
