We are currently searching for a FREELANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER to work during 6 months closely with our FRENCH GENERAL MANAGER and help drive our growth and success in FRANCE

💻AS A FREELANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER YOU WILL:

In a team with an existing permanent Operations Executive and 2 International Project Managers, you will get our processes watertight and scalable whilst we scale ~8-10x our active patient numbers between now and the end of Marc. You will be responsible for:

Operational Responsibilities:

Management of psychologists database on our platform:

• Hiring (research, selection, interviews)
• Onboarding
• Termination of contract
• Psychologist performance management
• Customer service for psychologists and their patients

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Leading on any ad-hoc data analyses
• Supporting the General Manager in establishing the strength of our product market fit, particularly as it relates to patient retention
• Supporting the General Manager in answering a list of strategic questions we have to cover relating our ability to address the French market’s needs with our current (or future) solution

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION YOU SHOULD DEMONSTRATE:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and a no-ego aptitude;
• Proactive identification of inefficiencies, ability to understand root causes and propose data-driven actions
• Outstanding problem-solving aptitudes

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

• Have at least 2 years of management experience with Operational teams (required)
• Have consulting or Industry experience (required)
• Be native in French (required)
• Be fluent in English (required)
• Have experience in fast-growing startups (desirable)
• Have knowledge of the healthcare space (desirable)
• Have a Masters in a Top Engineering or Business school in France (desirable)
